Tracie Palmer

Director

Tracie has worked in the finance industry for 35 years, commencing her career in the banking sector working her way from a sub-agency teller through to Manager.

As a people person, Tracie decided to shift her career focus to finance brokerage. She secured the LJ Hooker Finance Franchise for Brisbane North and built it from the ground up to become one of the most successful LJ Hooker Finance Franchises in Australia.

Tracie realised that being part of a real estate franchise group limited her ability to take her business to the next level. She decided to sell the franchise and open an office under her own brand, Cornerstone Home Loans. The business has grown and prospered over the years. When market conditions presented challenges, Tracie diversified her business in order to maintain it’s growth.

In 2009, during her diversification period, Tracie designed and developed the Cornerstone Mentoring and Coaching Program. The success of this venture can be measured by the industry body, MFAA, approving and recommending her services and programs to both new brokers and to established brokers looking for an industry coach across Australia.

Tracie is passionate about the industry and loves helping her customers to achieve home ownership and property investment.

Tracie knows it takes hard work and many sacrifices to be one of the best.

Gillian Elliott

Office Manager / Loan Writer

Gillian comes from a financial background commencing in 1980 when she joined the National Bank working in various areas including retail banking and lending. Her knowledge and organization skills are second to none.

Her primary focus is customer service and Gillian enjoys the day to day challenges and rewards that comes from helping customers to achieve their financial goals. Gillian has been a finalist and has also won numerous awards as Best Loan Administrator for Queensland.

Gillian has been working with Tracie since 2007 and is a pivotable leader in the Cornerstone Home Loans team.

Tricia Eigel

Operations Support

Tricia joined the Cornerstone Home Loans team in 2015 coming from a background in Disability Services for the Non-Profit sector. She was also a Coordinator working for the Spinal Injuries Association.

Tricia is our Customer Service Specialist. She is a caring people person who has been blessed with the gift of warm conversation. She holds the hands of our First Home Buyers through a somewhat daunting process. Provides guidance and booking appointments for customers re-financing and welcomes back our wonderful existing customers who also refer family and friends to Cornerstone.

Anna Marshall

Home Loan Administrator

Anna joined the Cornerstone Home Loans family in April 2023 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from a finance career spanning over 20 years. It comes as no surprise that Anna has won many awards due to her caring approach, attention to detail and backed by a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

Anna has worked closely with Tracie and has wholeheartedly embraced our systems, procedures and unwavering commitment to ensure that our valued customers have the best ‘experience’ during what can be a stressful time.

Sandra Ivins

Marketing and Business Administrator

Sandra joined the Cornerstone Home Loans team 3 years ago as a contractor working 2 days per week. In November 2021 she was asked to come onto team in a permanent part time position working 3 days per week to take over the brand marketing, promotions, database management and to assists Tracie, business owner.

She is a Licensed Real Estate Agent who can provide JP services, Sales and Rental Appraisals for Cornerstone Home Loans customers as supporting documentation to Lenders.

Joyce Diada

Senior Processor Team Member

In 2022 after the completion of her Bachelor’s Degree, Joyce commenced her career as a Data Entry Officer after which she was promoted to a Loan Processing Officer.

In February 2024, Joyce made the decision to join the Cornerstone Team as a Senior Processing Officer. Her role is to ensure that all details pertaining to our Customers and their Loan Applications are accurate.

Joyce assists our Brokers and Administration staff by filing, sorting documents and data entry up to our legal Compliance Checks.

Paolo Grecia

Senior Processor Team Member

While Paolo was studying Medicine he realised that his true passion was in the field of finance. In 2021 he ventured into this field as an Australasian Home Loan Processor. During his internship into finance, he worked diligently to acquire the necessary knowledge to support customers in their quest for a home loan.

Through Paolo’s dedication, he quickly advanced from Data Entry Specialist to an accomplished Loan Processing Officer.

In March 2024, Paolo decided to join the Award winning Cornerstone Home Loan team as a Senior Processor. He has embraced the Cornerstone Systemisation Pathway to ensure his success into the future.
